Meet Danny

If you've visited The Candlelight recently, there's a good chance you've already met Danny, our Head Chef. 

Danny has been part of our family for over six years, starting his journey at The Cotley before stepping into the role of Head Chef at The Candlelight, a promotion that was thoroughly deserved. 

Known for his larger-than-life personality, Danny brings incredible energy to the kitchen and is a big believer in creating a positive team spirit. Whether he's leading a busy service or keeping morale high, he's always the first to get everyone smiling. 

True to his name, Danny has a real passion for baking and anything sweet. Desserts are his happy place, and if there's cake involved, he's never far away! As for the legendary 'Danny Special' post-shift drink... let's just say the recipe remains a closely guarded secret.
