Meet Phoebe

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Phoebe, who by now feels very much part of the family over at The Cotley.

Phoebe first joined us in 2024 for six weeks of work experience while training at the Michael Caines Academy, and it quickly became clear she was something special.

Performing well beyond her years, she has consistently demonstrated quiet determination, a tireless work ethic, and an impressive willingness to learn.

Phoebe continues to grow in confidence and skill every day, and her constant drive to improve herself makes her a hugely valued member of the team.
